Who we are and what these terms cover

This website is operated by Hart Financial Group LLC, doing business as Odyssey Financial Group ("we," "us," "our"). Insurance products are offered through Unitrust Financial Group and its appointed carriers. By using this website or our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. We provide information about life insurance and related financial products, and we connect consumers with licensed insurance agents. We are not a lender, and we do not provide legal, tax or investment advice. Product availability, rates and terms vary by state, by carrier and by individual underwriting. Nothing on this site is an offer or a guarantee of coverage.

Text messaging (SMS) program

Who texts you. Our licensed agents are contracted with Unitrust Financial Group. Texts from them identify Unitrust Financial Group and the agent by name.

What we send. If you submit a mortgage protection information request, the licensed agent assigned to it may text you to follow up: to ask you to call back, to text a good time, or to pick a time on the agent's booking page. If you book a call, we send a confirmation, reminders before the call, a notice if the time changes, and follow-ups if the call is missed. If you text us, the agent, or an automated assistant working for the agent, will reply. Texts may include the agent's phone number and a link to book a call.

Consent. We text you only if you agreed to receive texts, on the request form you submitted or when you booked a call. Consent is not a condition of buying any product or service.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 9 follow-up texts over about 30 days about a request, a confirmation and reminders for each call you book, and replies to your own texts.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply.

To stop messages. Reply STOP to any message, or tell us in plain words, and we'll stop. You'll get one confirmation and no further texts from any of our numbers. Reply START to resubscribe.

Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy. Mobile information and text-messaging consent are never shared with or sold to third parties, affiliates or lead generators for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
