Odyssey Financial Group (Hart Financial Group LLC) sends training text messages to our own licensed agents - people contracted with our agency - while they onboard, train and build their business. These texts are never sent to consumers or leads.

How agents opt in. Agents opt in inside our member hub at hub.theodysseyfinancialgroup.com, which only agency members can sign in to. When an agent creates their account, the phone field is followed by a checkbox they can see, one that is unchecked by default and that they tick to opt in before creating the account: "Text me my training reminders, tips and milestones from Odyssey Financial Group (up to two a weekday until I reach $15K in business, then milestones only). Optional. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out." Agents who already had an account see the same box once inside the hub, and anyone can change their answer in Account Settings at any time. Consent is not a condition of joining the agency, and nobody is texted unless their yes is on record with its date and time.

What we send. A welcome text; reminders for orientation, inspection and release meetings; the next step in licensing and carrier contracting; training course progress; practical tips for working their own leads; and short congratulations at milestones such as a first sale.

How often. Up to two texts a weekday - one next-step reminder and one short training tip - sent on weekdays between 8 AM and 7 PM in the agent's own time zone, until they reach $15,000 in business and finish the program's lessons, typically four to seven weeks. After that, milestone texts only.

Replies and opting out. Reply STUCK and your team leader is alerted. Reply HELP for help, or call 614-937-0884 or email info@theodysseyfinancialgroup.com. Reply STOP at any time to opt out: you will get one confirmation and no further messages. Reply START to resubscribe. An agent can also pause their texts in Account Settings.

Costs. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
